Ji Wen Hong, successful serial entrepreneur and also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XIU.com, has over twenty years of experience in the field of international clothing trade and manufacturing, in addition to significant experience in e-commerce and capital investments. After graduating and receiving his undergraduate degree in 1992 from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, Mr. Ji moved to Shenzhen to pursue his goals and ultimately began his career exporting clothing and accessories.  He quickly realized the difficulties and high-costs of shipping products overseas, opening brick and mortar stores, and advertising international goods, and sought to establish a global online marketplace.

In 2008, Mr. Ji launched XIU.com with Jin Huang, Chief Strategy Officer, virtually connecting China’s untapped market of online shoppers to the upscale international fashion world. Mr. Ji became a pioneer in the field, brining the quality of life enjoyed by upscale international fashion consumers directly to China. In 2013, because of Mr. Ji's tireless efforts, XIU.com reached yet another landmark, realizing a growth rate of 700% cementing itself as one of the top 500 companies in the Asia Pacific region ranked at number 39.
