Senior BD Manager,PAY.ON

As Senior Business Development Manager Falk has been focusing in recent years on expanding the reach of PAY.ON’s technology with the help of domestic PSPs into the APAC and MENA regions. Those local PSP’s provide merchant/banking networks, they have a deep understanding of the local market demands and an excellent cultural background. Combined with PAY.ON’s technological expertise and its unique insights into the trends in global e-Commerce this creates a unique setup in the global payments industry and these aspects have been the main drivers of success for PAY.ON and its clients all around the world.

Falk started his career 2009 in PAY.ON’s online payment research team. In the coming years he supported the growth of PAY.ON as Key Account Manager mainly responsible for international corporate clients and projects with the scope to create a new online shopper experience and helping his clients to expand their reach beyond their existing customer base and beyond borders. Last year he changed into the Business Development Division of PAY.ON to further drive the international growth of PAY.ON. Apart from his cross border experience Falk has been an expert in Cross-Border Fraud Prevention tactics and strategies.

Falk graduated 2008 at University of Erfurt with a Masters of Arts in East Asian History and a special focus on Chinese history. He has been studying and working in Taiwan for two years and worked  for four months in Manila. His interest in Asia is beyond work and he feels a deep compassion for the region.
