Corporate Sales Executive (15 positions):

PTP International is seeking energetic, intelligent and self motivated individuals to join our Corporate Sales department of our conference division.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • With great confidence and can-do attitude
  • Highly motivated and result driven
  • Excellent English and Chinese language skills
  • Strong Business Sense
  • Good research skills
  • Some work experience preferred but not essential, recent graduates also welcome to apply.

Assistant Conference Producer (3 positions)

This position is available to a candidate who is able to apply their corporate experience to create high level business conferences that provide learning and networking opportunities for senior level executives in China and the Asia Pacific.

The right candidate will be a self motivated person who is able to use their superior research skills to identify conference opportunities in the China’s corporate environment. Working to tight deadlines, the candidate must have excellent time and project management skills to design and create events that are well researched and feature the highest level speakers. You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programs at the cutting edge of business strategy. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Significant commercial experience and business sense
  • Highly developed business analytical skills.
  • A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills
  • A highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to completer projects to tight deadlines

Project Manager (3 positions)

You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of a portfolio of events, from concept to delivery. You will manage a team of Conference Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives, Sponsor Sales Executives, Assistant Conference Producer, and Marketing Executives reporting directly to you
